ACH debit payments are automatic withdraw electronic payments that are created when the customer gives BMMD authorization to debit directly from the customer's checking or savings account for the purpose of paying their quarterly water/sewer bill. There is no fee charged to customers for this service.
Customers who choose ACH payment must first authorize BMMD to debit their bank account for the amount due on a quarterly basis. You must complete and sign the BMMD Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments (ACH Debits).
