Notice of Meetings to Consider Water/Sewer Service Rate Increase
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the District’s water rates effective January 2023 at open public meetings to be held at 5:00 PM at the District office, 106 Adams Ave., Silverthorne, CO, on October 18, 2022, and November 15, 2022, with an option to attend via electronic zoom meeting, ZOOM - https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82825900672 or PHONE: 1-720-707-2699, Meeting Code: 828 2590 0672.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained from the District’s accounting company, Marchetti & Weaver, LLC, 28 Second Street, Suite 213, Edwards, Colorado, or by email to kendra@mwcpaa.com.
