Wildernest Rates
Minimum quarterly fees for 2024 are $116.70 flat rate for sewer and $85.05 for water for a combined minimum quarterly rate of $201.75. We have moved to a tiered rate system and additionally charge for water consumption at $2.38 per 1,000 gallons up to 15,000 gallons. Consumption over 15,000 gallons is charged at a rate of $12.60 per 1,000 gallons. These figures are based per individual unit. An example would be half of a duplex or a single-family home. Cortina Ridge Rates
Minimum quarterly fees for 2023 are $175.05 flat rate for sewer and $127.57 for water for a combined minimum quarterly rate of $302.61. We have moved to a tiered rate system and additionally charge for water consumption at $3.58 per 1,000 gallons up to 15,000 gallons. Change of Ownership, Water/ Sewer Status Letters: Once a Wildernest property goes under contract to sell, the Title Company will reach out to AmCoBi (clientcare@amcobi.com) to ascertain water/sewer account status to determine if there is any money owed at closing. After closing, AmCoBi will process a change of ownership for water and sewer services.
