Dear Buffalo Mountain Metro District Homeowners, hello there

BMMD wanted to inform you about an upcoming tree inspection survey that will be taking place in our neighborhood over the next few weeks. This important project, carried out by TSH Tree Service, aims to identify and address any dead, dying, diseased, or hazard trees that may pose a risk to our community's safety.

During the inspection process, trained professionals from TSH Tree Service will be walking the hillside, carefully assessing trees for any signs of decline or potential hazards. You may notice these experts identifying trees with the use of orange tape. We kindly request that you refrain from removing or tampering with the tape if you find it on any of your trees. This tape serves as crucial information for the Buffalo Mountain Metro District (BMMD) to prioritize and take appropriate action.

Ensuring the health and safety of our community is of utmost importance to us. By identifying and addressing potential threats posed by trees, we can mitigate the risk of falling limbs, uprooting, or other hazards that may result from deteriorating tree conditions.  This also helps reduce wildfire danger creating a defensible space around your property. Your cooperation in preserving the orange tape will greatly aid in this effort and enable us to make informed decisions in maintaining a safe neighborhood environment.  Per BMMD regulations there cannot be dead or dying trees on your property.

We understand that this tree inspection process may cause temporary inconveniences or disruptions. However, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the tree inspection survey or the orange tape markings, please do not hesitate to reach out to the BMMD team. We will be more than happy to address any questions you may have.
