Noxious Weeds

Landscaping must be neat, attractive, and healthy. Remove dead or diseased plants, trees, and noxious weed. Replacement landscaping need district approval and must follow county rules with consideration for fire safety. Each lot has 10-foot drainage and utility easements along the sides and rear. Do not dig, build, or plant in these areas without district approval. The district can remove unauthorized items and charge the property owner. Relandscaping in the easement is not allowed after utility work is done.
